ballet for kids and preteens
Kids Ballet (Ages 7-10)
These classes are a fun and engaging program that teaches basic ballet movements, coordination, and musicality in a playful and supportive environment. With age-appropriate instruction and plenty of imagination, children will build confidence, balance, and a love for movement. No prior experience needed.
Preteen Ballet (Ages 11-14)
These classes are perfect for older kids who are new or looking to get back into ballet. These supportive and positive classes introduce fundamental ballet technique, posture, and musicality, while promoting strength, coordination, and confidence.

AFRO-CARIBBEAN DANCE
A participant will experience Afro-Carribean styles of dance and music.
Including: DanceHall, Soca, Reggae and Champeta.
Aswell as the popular movements and choreography from a local Dance Hall King.
Our Instructor's choreography has been featured in films and projects with Afro-Carribean legends such as Davido, Shaggy, Sean Paul. They also acted and performed in film along side Rita Ora.
Recent accolades include a 1st Place finish at the renowned Apollo Theatre.
BALLET
Open to adults of all ages with little to no prior dance experience—no special attire or background needed, just a willingness to learn and move! The class focuses on foundational ballet technique, posture, coordination, and musicality, taught at a comfortable pace. Goals include building strength, flexibility, and balance while developing confidence and body awareness. By the end of each session, students will gain a solid grasp of basic ballet vocabulary and movement patterns.
